Are Kia Supreme Kreations products handmade?
Many KSK products are handcrafted, hand-decorated, personalized, or made in small batches. Minor variations in rhinestone placement, pearl placement, color, texture, or finish are part of the handmade character and are not considered defects.
Can I request a personalized or custom product?
Customization availability depends on the product. Follow the personalization instructions on the product page or submit an inquiry through our Contact Us page before ordering.
How long does order processing take?
Processing times vary by product. Ready-to-ship items are generally prepared sooner than personalized or made-to-order products. The estimated processing time shown on the product page applies before carrier transit time begins.
How will I know when my order ships?
When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation is sent using the contact information provided at checkout. Carrier scans and delivery estimates may take time to update after a label is created.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Orders may only be changed or canceled before fulfillment or custom production begins. Personalized and made-to-order items cannot be canceled after production has started.
What is your return policy?
Eligible, non-customized products may be returned according to our published Refund and Return Policy. Personalized, custom-made, clearance, and final-sale items are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact Customer Care promptly and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and shipping packaging. Please review the time limits and requirements in our Refund and Return Policy.
How should I care for rhinestone, pearl, or embellished products?
Handle embellished items gently. Unless the product page states otherwise, spot clean only, avoid soaking or machine washing, keep away from excessive heat and moisture, and store the item where embellishments will not be crushed or rubbed.
Why might colors look slightly different in person?
Screen settings, photography lighting, material texture, and handmade production can affect how colors appear. We make reasonable efforts to present products accurately, but exact color matching cannot be guaranteed across every device.
