Shipping Area

Kia Supreme Kreations currently ships orders within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing & Production

Some Kia Supreme Kreations products are handcrafted, customized, made-to-order, or prepared in limited quantities. Processing and production time may therefore vary by item and order.

Production and shipping times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, product preparation, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Address

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with an address correction before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production, fulfillment, or carrier transit.

Delivery Estimates & Carrier Delays

Any delivery date or transit time provided is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Once an order is in carrier transit, delays may occur due to weather, carrier operations, seasonal demand, service interruptions, or other events beyond our control.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with items missing from the shipment, please contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when applicable.

Claims are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Packages Marked Delivered

If carrier tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery area, household members, neighbors where appropriate, and the carrier's tracking information. Contact the shipping carrier promptly to report the issue.

Any resolution may depend on the carrier's findings, available documentation, and applicable law.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellation requests are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Orders may generally be canceled within 12 hours of purchase; however, custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
