Minor variations inherent in handcrafted or individually prepared products are not necessarily defects.

Product descriptions, availability, materials, pricing, designs, and specifications may be updated when reasonably necessary.

We may discontinue products or limit product quantities without prior notice.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase from Kia Supreme Kreations.

We reserve the right, where reasonably necessary, to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order, including in cases involving product unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, payment problems, inventory discrepancies, or violation of these Terms.

An order is not considered fully accepted until payment is successfully processed and the order is confirmed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

Orders may generally be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged-item claims, and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING

Product prices, discounts, and promotions may change without prior notice.

The price charged will generally be the price displayed when your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be added during checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges associated with your purchase.

Kia Supreme Kreations currently ships customer orders within the United States only.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by product preparation, order volume, carrier operations, weather, holidays, service interruptions, and other events outside our reasonable control.

Shipping charges, address requirements, delivery issues, packages marked delivered, damaged shipments, and related matters are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to transfer risk to a customer in a manner prohibited by applicable consumer-protection law.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services and KSK-created content, including the Kia Supreme Kreations name, KSK branding, logos, artwork, product designs, graphics, photographs, text, videos, layouts, slogans, marketing materials, and other original content, are owned by Kia Supreme Kreations or used with appropriate authorization.

Such materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, trade-dress, and other intellectual-property laws.

The Services are provided for personal, lawful, non-commercial use.

Unless expressly authorized by Kia Supreme Kreations, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, republish, commercially exploit, remove branding from, create unauthorized derivative works from, or otherwise misuse protected KSK content.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or a license to Kia Supreme Kreations intellectual property except the limited right to access and use the Services for their intended purpose.

Shopify and third-party names, logos, trademarks, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Products purchased from the Kia Supreme Kreations store are sold by Kia Supreme Kreations, not Shopify.

Shopify provides ecommerce technology and related services but is not the seller of Kia Supreme Kreations merchandise.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not responsible for claims arising solely from products sold directly by Kia Supreme Kreations.

Automated tools, bots, artificial-intelligence agents, crawlers, scraping tools, or similar automated technologies may not access or interact with the Services in a manner that circumvents access controls, interferes with normal store operations, impersonates human customers, extracts protected content without authorization, or violates applicable law.

We may use reasonable technical measures to limit abusive or unauthorized automated access.

Legitimate search engines, accessibility technologies, Shopify-authorized services, and other lawful technologies may operate subject to their applicable permissions and requirements.
